By accessing and using the Playback platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Overview

Playback provides a performance platform for artists to book curated recording slots and promotional packages.

3. Submission Fees & Add-Ons

A non-refundable submission fee is required to secure a slot.

Prices start at $99 and vary by tier and exposure level.

Add-on options include various types of promotional content (e.g., Reels, TikTok edits, story cuts, bonus content).

All payments are final.

4. Booking & Rescheduling

Rescheduling Policy

Artists may request to reschedule their confirmed session at least 72 hours in advance at no cost.

Reschedule requests made within 72 hours, including same-day, are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee, based on availability.

No-shows without notice are considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Playback reserves the right to reschedule due to production issues, weather, or unforeseen events. In such cases, artists will receive a new date at no additional cost.

5. Content Rights

Artists retain ownership of their music and performance.

By submitting content, you grant Playback a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, and distribute your performance across our digital platforms (including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok).

Playback may edit content for platform standards and audience engagement.

6. User Conduct

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when submitting or booking.

Show up prepared and on time.

Treat Playback team members and collaborators with professionalism.

Playback reserves the right to refuse service or content that violates our brand, community standards, or platform guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Playback is not responsible for:

Loss of opportunity

Platform issues

Misuse of content by third parties
Service is provided “as is” without guarantees.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of changes.
